Counselling Services of Belleville and District is a non-profit community based resource agency responding to the need for assessment, counselling, advocacy and support. We strive to enhance the effectiveness and well-being of persons of all ages, families and the community.

Mark Hill is the sole-proprietor of Matters of Hope Counselling. He is a Registered Psychotherapist and uses a strength-based approach using techniques from Solution-Focused, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. Mark has been working with children, youth and their families since 1999 as a Child and Youth Worker and as a Therapist in clinical settings after attaining his Masters Degree in Counselling in 2007. He started Matters of Hope Counselling in the hopes that he would fill a need in the local area of Prince Edward County and surrounds and is always open to feedback in order to fill that need better.
