Mario did a great job with our inspection! He answered all of my questions on the phone beforehand, gave us great advice during the inspection and promptly sent the report. As a previous journeyman electrician Mario was able to give us simple electrical advice and an approximate price to get the necessary work done. Additionally, his low price includes a thermal inspection which is usually an extra cost. Overall we were very happy with Braun Home Inspection and would definitely use them again.
