TD auto center has set the bar for top notch customer service! The one stop shop experience took a lot of stress away as they took care of everything right there. I did not have to drive someplace else to drop off my vehicle for repairs, or arrange my own rental. I simply left my vehicle there for repairs right there and they arranged for a car rental delivery all within an hour. In less than 48 hours I had my vehicle back looking like new! Thank you TD for making this a stress free experience.

As long as I've needed insurance, from the time I first needed car insurance, and now home & life insurance, I've been dealing with Utter Morris - specifically Brian. It's been a pleasure dealing with Brian over the years. It's been valuable having the same person to talk to whenever I have any questions as opposed to just getting passed off to whatever customer service rep was available through a bank. Whenever I've had any questions about my policies, Brian's been able to clearly communicate to me what's going on so that I can understand it. The whole staff in general has been great. It's a very friendly, family-like atmosphere there. The saying "small enough to care, big enough to matter" applies here.
