Not only does this reinforce the floor skids, it also provides a sturdy, reliable way to winch or tow your building around without the threat of damage to the floor. Floors are always 1' on centre (competition is 16" on centre) 2x6, 2x8, or TGI depending on width of structure. Rather than taking delivery of your "finished" cabin and then partially dismantling it to install your plumbing and electrical, why not pre plan and get it included in the build process.
