Hi....At approximately noon today (Saturday, March 10) I came through the drive thru at this particular Tim Hortons. A person by the name of Ike answered the drive thru order board. He identified himself and was VERY FRIENDLY and I really enjoyed ordering from him. He could speak English fluently and it was a nice experience dealing with him at the drive thru at Tim Hortons. He really made my day. It would be nice if all Tim Hortons personal were as PR friendly as he was. Please pass on to him that he was really welcomed by myself at this location. I can’t say enough about the level of service here. They honoured the warranty although it is a Canadian vehicle. Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. I am so impressed by their excellent customer service, their integrity and for going above and beyond
