The Stoney Creek location has been a great help to me and my furbabies since it opened. Before that I faithfully went to your Brantford location Sometimes there is a little wait time, but always worth it... I personally have NEVER had an issue with Beattie. I knew my dog had Knots which I could not get out . I wanted a groomer that cares about my dog and that the style remain more shaggy than shaved bald. I was happy with end result and my dog is happy to walk in. Lots of communication prior to groom and I was called when my dog was finnished . reasonably priced : I compared.
