I have had service calls and repairs from this company three times in the last 5 years, and none were warranty work, my dryer was actually 12 years old. I have had prompt, polite and thorough service men, and good advice from each of them. I feel I can trust them as they explain the problem, and the pros and cons of a repair vs replacement. All appliance pick ups are facilitated through Trail's Annacis Warehouse adjacent to the Clearance Centre. Customer pickup entrance is at door 6.
Once your goods have left our facility, Trail will not accept any claims of damage.
Please note that in order to protect your purchase, proper photo ID will be required on all pickups.
Please notify your salesperson if someone other than the name noted on the invoice will be picking up your appliances. Only the individual named on the invoice is authorized to pick up product.
