Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. This company did excellent work. I had RJM come in to install a new gas hot water tank for me. Rob did a great job, fast, very knowledgeable, and excellent quality, and on time (actually 10 minutes early). He even used a level to make sure the copper pipes were nice and neat and didn't leave any garbage behind. The water tank has been working great for over a year now and I'm totally satisfied. The reason I got RJM to do the work was because someone else recommended him. As for the other reviewer Jay, he may be talking about another company because Rob works alone. As for not returning calls, totally opposite to my experience. I would highly recommend RJM Mechanical to anyone.
