They are friendly, extremely helpful and they take their time for anything you are looking for..they have some really different stuff .. love going there, I always find something to buy ... Checked 3 other stores for an ipod rechargable player that was on sale before Christmas and no one had one . One store checked the warehouse and said there was none available but Heather that works at that store was the only one to call and see when it would be in .She told me and i was able to get before Christmas.Bigger is not always better.

Jacobs Ladder was developed by Steve Nichols, a former Western N.Y. fitness champion. His participation in strenuous physical activity left him with severe back and knee problems that threatened to keep him from the conditioning he was accustomed to with traditional gym equipment.
