I have had cleaners from the owners of this business for many years (under this name and under a previous business) and have always had hard-working people doing their very best to meet my needs at reasonable prices. Are water tank went on Sunday. I called at least ten other companies. Most did not even answer the phone. Noris came down replaced the tank. Norm the tech that was here. Was friendly and clean. Would recommend this company and I will them first

Oven board relay was broken. New part was min $600 and one technician was surprised we would consider replacing it and not just buying an entire new oven. Our oven is only 2 years old. Doug took the board and fixed the relays instead and I am so happy we didn't have to buy a new oven. I know he is hard to get a hold of sometimes but he is very kind and helpful, just very busy.
