Prior to a major trip, I popped in here to purchase a set of luggage. The store manager asked me a few questions and proceeded to point out the difference between the various pieces of luggage he had available. Well, I can't tell one from the other. He sold me on a set equipped with
ball bearing type wheels. It cost a bit more, but after hauling it across O'Hare, I noticed the wheels were not overcome by heat and friction. In fact my wheels were not even warm.
