Across the board, ingredients are fresh, crisp and sourced from local suppliers. Though there is a scattering of high-top tables in the place, Bolt is not a sit-down restaurant. The place buzzes with enthusiastic patrons, each convinced it was their discovery. In such an upbeat atmosphere, it's no surprise the Bolt staff is always happy.
