A review comprises of the overall shopping and customer service experience. I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. In no time a team of young employees got together and helped to resolve the difficult situation ensuring my safe return home. Thankyou one and all you were all amazing.

Fantastic! An excellent Fortinos Location. The staff is extremely helpful. The photo centre is phenomenal, I had the most wonderful experience getting my childrens baptism photos done here! I highly recommend this location for doing your photographs whether its for Easter, Christmas or any special occasion! From the moment I called to make the appointment I was greeted with such a pleasant person. I also got the baptism cake from here and it turned out so lovely. They customized it perfectly.

Great service in general today, Dec. 24th; special kudos to the younger generation at checkout (all smiles). Since this pandemic has arrived , i have shopped at different grocery stores trying to find one i felt comfortable and safe in. I have shopped at No Frills before the pandemic but hadn’t been back since . Today I arrived @ 9:30 and was greeted by a very friendly security guard, inside the store the floors where clearly marked , most everyone where following the rules and if they didn’t they where reminded in a polite way, most of the items I wanted where there , check out was a breeze .
