The mandate of the Campbellford-Seymour Heritage Society is tofoster an awareness of local history and pride in the heritage of the community of Campbellford/Seymour within the Municipality of Trent Hills.The Heritage Society was founded in January 1983, and affiliationwith the Ontario Historical Society was quickly established. Monthly meetings were initially held in members' homes, at the town council chambers, and at the Campbellford District High School library.
Roseneath School is a small primary school nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Point Jerningham - Roseneath, above Oriental Parade. Magnificent 270 degree views of Wellington Harbour make its location unique. The sea has significantly influenced the school in the naming of classrooms like: Upper Bridge, Lower Bridge, Lower Deck, Aft, and Upper Deck.
