Hi. I'm Donna Friesen, a certified coach practitioner with an honors certificate in management. My passion is helping people, which is why I chose to become a personal life coach. I strongly believe that life experience is a coach's greatest asset; in fact, I won't coach a client unless I have had similar life experience to their situation. I believe this philosophy sets me apart from other life coaches. My specialties are also unique:
1) Caregiving for child with chronic and/or life-threatening illness or aging parents/relatives. This niche also includes dealing with death and grief.
2) Personal finance management - helping people to budget, create savings, decrease debt, future planning.
3) Chronic pain and/or disability and how it relates to obesity. I help clients identify ways to live with their issue to give them a better life and coach them in their weight loss journey.
There is no need to live feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or negative. Empower yourself, feel fantastic!
