Reserved my spot on-line this morning with LifeLabs, Farley Drive, Guelph, ON. Arrived on-time. Young lady at reception was very courteous and efficient. All staff was masked and wearing face shields. I was taken in right away. My technician was Sharon. She was very cheerful and professional. I am quite impressed with the care I received. Staff were absolutely fabulous!!! We booked an appointment for very anxious kid who happens to be on the spectrum. We arrived we a team of people to help, they provided 2 techs. In and out, easy to deal with, didn't question what needs, needed to met. PERFECT!!!
