Hello, we moved to Portland Ontario, 2 years ago. ( 20 minutes from Smith Falls ). Tom has been looking after all our Locksmithing needs since, from re keying all our locks on our house ,after purchase, for our own peace of mind. I would like to note, that although I brought all of our locks for a re- key, Tom offered to come directly to our home, after hrs to do the job! @ no extra charge. My thoughts.. if you want a key cut for $1.50 go to C.T.C.

Although I didnt end up needing a service call, they were very helpful and accommodating to answer my questions by phone. They diagnosed my issue over the phone and recommended I try a few things first, in which one of those suggestions worked.
