We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... He spent hours going through the the entire structure, worming through every crawl space and panel. At completion of the inspection he provided us with detailed written explanations precisely indicating every item he deemed was or might be a problem.
I highly recommend Turner Inspections to anyone who is considering purchasing a house. His work is professional, thorough, and (in my opinion) will likely pay for itself just in the peace of mind you will have about your new home after he finishes. The Standard Home Inspection Report will review the condition of the homes heating and central air conditioning system (temperature permitting), interior plumbing and electrical systems; roof, attic, and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors, foundation, basement, and visible structure.
Reports are completed and presented on site. Inspections meet or exceed O.A.H.I and A.S.H.I. Standards We also provide Post Inspection Assistance.

Turner Home Inspection forms are designed to provide a report that complies with and exceeds the American Society of Home Inspectors Standards. Most importantly, the report is provided to the client, on site, once the inspection is complete.
