Great experience with Brad and Roy on a drain scope, I felt bad because unforeseen circumstances extended the time frame, but they didn't charge extra. Would give them a 5 but their machine had some glitches and the audio failed to record, but at least they showed up.

I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. Both the physio staff and massage therapists are fantastic and very attentive to your needs and abilities. Since being in my accident they’ve been nothing but amazing and offer such tremendous support. Even with such things going on in the world with COVID-19, they’ve still managed to work around this pandemic while taking every precaution to ensure patient safety. I brought my B Class RV to Krown (Oshawa, Russet Ave) to have them apply rust protection to it. As I had special needs due to piping, tanks, and electrical systems which are located under the RV, I was apprehensive about spraying rust protection to these systems. Krown employees listened to my concerns and after a discussion they applied the rust protection to suit my needs. I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I would recommend them to any vehicle owner.

I decided it is time to start preserving my vehicle and get Rust Proofing done. I called this place and they were so friendly. When I arrived for my appointment they were well organized and welcomed me by my first name! I was very impressed that the man (who's name I do not know) was so courteous and professional. They did a great job on my car ( I was able to see them do the work through a glass window). After they rust proofed my car they gave it a quick wash, which I was not expecting. I would recommend this location, hands down! I will be going back yearly.
