Because my regular dentist was on vacation, I recently had an emergency root canal done (including xrays) by Dr. Samhat at Fairwinds/Anata dental clinic. The treatment I received was prompt and truly excellent. The general ambiance at the clinic was friendly and professional, and there was no discomfort during the entire procedure. First visit unfortunately was an emergency, though I'm virtually scared stiff during any previous dentistry visits to former dentist. Dr. Tanyan made my 1st experience calm; peaceful; at ease and for the first time I was not frozen in the chair. I was in excruciating pain caused by an abscess tooth. After consultation we agreed medication was the front line attack to return when the swelling and infection had subsided. The medication took affect within minuets. I look forward to my next visit.
