I had the pleasure today of talking with Christine in the pilates studio. I was in for physiotherapy treatment and happened to overhear another client talking about doing pilates there. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Dr. Huynh is not only a great dentist, but an even better person. Personally follows up with phone calls after major procedures and is incredible personable while you're in the office. You don't feel like just another person in the chair and you can tell he and his staff truly care about the patients. The entire staff is amazing and friendly, making the whole experience of "the dentist" as easy as can be. I should've switched dentists to him YEARS ago! Thank you!

Neil and the other's are honest, very caring and compassionate. I have found them to be very helpful when I have any questions or concerns and they are up to date with Transit regulations for scooters & power chairs. I have bought 2 machines from them in the last several years and will buy from them in future.

I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.

I changed 3 dentists before found Dr. Lo (wasn't satisfied with their service). It might be strange to hear, but I look forward to each visit to this dental office - ot's how pleasant it is. Stuff is very friendly and doctors are very gentle and professional - they explain you everything that need to be done, don't push any services; do really great job - I go there more than 15 years already and only now something needs to be redone (with previous dentists I had fillings lost in a year).

Just want to say that Dr. Kwong has done an outstanding job with my dental work. I live in Richmond BC and have gone to several dentists, but the crown and implant surgery Tony did for me was amazing - virtually painless, professional, and it all looks and feels great. (I can bite and chew better than ever).
Parking costs if you park at the back, but there is no charge if you take one of the two spots directly in front of the office. The staff are so nice as well.
