Dawson has a great attitude and he definitely goes the extra mile for his customers.
Before Dawson arrived, I was ready to go elsewhere. Several of the staff members that I interacted with acted like I was inconveniencing them by being a customer. They seemed indifferent and unhappy.

Absolutely amazing. They turned an awful situation (car died on the Coq)into a manageable one. I've been bringing my elderly mother to see the RMT at total care for a while now and both my mother and I are pleased with their service. The RMT is very knowledgeable about his field and is very understanding and respectful of my grandmother's cultural diversity and accommodates her accordingly. He also explains the maintenance exercises and causes of pain very well. I highly recommend total care, especially if you are looking for someone who understands the south Asian culture and language.
