Fabulous staff and so friendly. I phone for an appointment and someone answers the phone right away (after the usual speel about emergencies and such). I was new to Ladysmith a year ago so they were very helpful in setting me up for online lab services too. Never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for an appointment either. So glad they are nearby.

Used two inspectors in my life for both the houses that I bought and Bunah far exceeded my expectations, and was so worth using. He was very through in his assessments, pointed out a lot of things that needed to be worked on, but didnt scare us away from living in our house, it was managable to fix everything that needed to be done. I will definetely use this company again.
