We are an established midwifery clinic that provides complete and personalized care to families through all stages of pregnancy, labour, birth and to six weeks postpartum. Our goal is to empower women and their families to experience the childbearing year with knowledge, confidence and joy! In addition to providing home birth services, we also have hospital admitting privileges.

At Pomegranate, we are sowing seeds for a strong and vibrant community of women, children and families.Pomegranate Community Midwives started as a vision. We wanted to have a space where women and families could receive comprehensive midwifery care, attend classes geared towards pregnancy and beyond, benefit from complementary therapy and make meaningful connections with their community.We designed our space to meet our vision.

The College's mandate and legislated duty is to serve and protect the public interest by regulating the practice of midwifery. The College registers qualified, competent midwives to provide safe, high quality care to women and their families in the province of British Columbia.

We love the way they create so much love in the lives of their families. Bloom supports women and their families from the preconception period, through pregnancy, birth and the weeks after birth. We believe this continuity helps women to grow, birth and nurture healthy babies.

Welcome to Westside Midwives! We are a small group of midwives providing maternity care to healthy women and their families during the childbearing year. As registered midwives, we offer holistic, individualized, evidence-based care during pregnancy, labour, birth and the first six weeks after your baby is born. We believe that having a baby is a profound and deeply important event in a woman's life.
