I'm super glad we went with XLNC. Our couch just arrived and the delivery guys went above and beyond to get it up to our appartment. We are seniors and had an unfortunate situation with our upstairs window. We had attempted to clean the windows. As the window was opened fully (which I have found out is not suppose to be done) we were faced with the window haning out with a bent hinge holding it in. We were able to have the window frame repaired in just a few days. I cannot Thank this company enough for their courteous service and efficient workmanship. Our sincere "Thanks"
