Central Mosque Scarborough, by the grace of Allah (SWT), and with the tremendous help of the local brothers and sisters has been running for almost two years. The Masjid is situated in the heart of Scarborough where more than five thousand muslims live walking distance. The masjid was purchased for 4.5 million dollars and $45,000 is to be paid every month. Alhamdulillah, the masjid can easily capacitate around 5000 people.

The Spiritual Society of Canada is an Islamic charitable organization based in Scarborough, Ontario, that provides facilities for daily prayers, Islamic education, and community events through local efforts and donations.

The IMO is a non-profit, provincially registered organization, which was established in 1994. The building is located on 3.5 acres of land in one of the major Muslim areas of the city of Toronto. The centre is easily accessible by car and public transportation, which is approximately 5 minutes away from Pearson International airport. The building is about 50,000 sq. ft. and is open for five daily prayers. The prayer areas can accommodate a large congregation of worshippers and there are other sections, which are used for educational and social purposes. A huge parking lot for more than 200 cars surrounds the building. The organization is managed by a 'board of directors' consisting of nine members. It is according to Ahlu-Sunnah wal-Jamaa'ah.
