Good customer service doesn't begin to cover it. For many years we have been renting storage spaces at different locations and we never received a service like the one we got at MODULAR storage systems on Marion street. We have been impressed with Nickie and Virginia's courtesy, thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond. Nothing was complicated, everything was possible (we changed our moving dates a few times) and they were helpful.

My mom has a locker here, and my brother had one as well. Now I have one. Payments are easy to make, and if you know youre going to be a little late on a payment, call them and let them know when the payment can be made. I highly recommend them. In early January, I found myself needing a mover with only a couple of hours notice. A mover I had used in the past was not able to accommodate my last-minute request & recommended his colleague Guillaume Dagenais. I was fortunate that Guillaume had an opening.
