I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. I am so impressed by their excellent customer service, their integrity and for going above and beyond

Awesome!!! I'm on a tight budget and they gave me a great deal there staff are very personable and do there job right and on time...they quoted me with a price go fix my fuel pump and they stuck to it and even had it done early... do if your on a budget and want a bang for your buck I recommend them!!! I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max.
