I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. I am so impressed by their excellent customer service, their integrity and for going above and beyond

Awesome!!! I'm on a tight budget and they gave me a great deal there staff are very personable and do there job right and on time...they quoted me with a price go fix my fuel pump and they stuck to it and even had it done early... do if your on a budget and want a bang for your buck I recommend them!!! In 1997 Jim and his family moved to Rankin Inlet. Our family spent 5 years in Rankin and in 2002 Jim and his family started a small business out of their house in Sandy Hook called Arctic Connection.The business started growing quickly which is when we decided to move back to Winnipeg and open an office with a small warehouse of 1500 sq ft. Within the next 2 years we moved again, we currently have 12,000 sq ft.
