I started this because I was once like you! I was to the point I couldn't look at myself in the mirror, was disgusted with myself. But then I made a decision, I didn't want to live like this anymore. I needed a change and needed it now. I will tell you it was not easy by no means but it was 100% worth it.
From changing a couple things in my daily routine i lost over 100lbs. Yes that is right!!
