This place has it all! The trainer, Mitch Walls, is very knowledgeable and he know exactly what I need to shed some pounds and gain muscles. He also provided me with dietary guidelines to maintain weight loss. I have to say that within 1 to 1/2 month my love handle is getting tighter.
