Love this gym. Have never felt anything but welcome! The Hydro Massage bed is a game changer for me. I️ RARELY have to wait and lying in it is like heaven!! My headaches have disappeared. The stress it relieves is unbelievable. The personal training sessions I️ receive are amazing and my trainer Taylor always has a good sense of what is right for me and gives me an amazing full body workout. There are plenty of cardio machines to go around. Again, have never waited on a treadmill. No complaints!

Wonderful, helpful staff. If you struggle with anything, they're always there to help out. The trainers are awesome and kick butt. I would recommend both locations to all my girl friends. Such a comfortable, positive place.

I contacted Roland of FCS and he was out doing services and dropped into my home within 2 hours of talking to him. He fixed my treadmill and promised to let me know 1 feature that needed fixing after talking to the company.He advised me how to maintain my machine. Very pleasant guy and efficient.
