Since its inception in 1958, the Museum and Archives have developed one of the largest and most important archival and object collections in the Fraser Valley.The Museum is housed in a historic building near Chilliwack's downtown the 1912 former City Hall where you can view historic exhibits on the main floor and contemporary art shows on the second floor. The Archives, located in Evergreen Hall a few blocks from the Museum, is the place where visitors access can historic artifacts and records.

Visitors will view a fascinating gallery of product packaging dating back to the 1920s and 1930s. Don't miss the intriguing artifacts in the heritage Post Office and Manchester House Hotel; both were an integral part of the Harrison Mills community at the turn of the twentieth century.
