They are friendly, extremely helpful and they take their time for anything you are looking for..they have some really different stuff .. love going there, I always find something to buy ... I live at the opposite end of the city but it is worth the extra time it takes me to get there !!!

I recently built a house and bought the majority of the supplies from Rona in Chatham. This turned out to be a very wise move. They have quality products and the service is the best. They were so accommodating both in price and service, I don't think I could have done better any other place. While they are located a bit out of the way, it's well worth the effort to seek them out.

Always have great service here. It feels personal, not boxed. Anything that was not in stock, Wade, the owner, would order in for me. All the staff are polite and helpful without being pushy and I always feel comfortable. If you like a hardware store with that old school charm, and people who know their stuff, then this is the one.
