I moved into a new apartment which had a major flea infestation unknown to me. After five months of daily vaccuming, 3 full flea treatments, by an exterminator, I still had the fleas. The company we were dealing with started to blame me, told my landlord I was crazy and told me there were no fleas now in the apartment although we could see them jumping and I was pulling them from my partners leg hair daily & traps I had set had fleas in them every morning.
I searched on the internet for 24 hr. exterminator companies, I called a few and then when I called Paul on a Sunday night at 8pm, he seemed so different from any other company I had spoken to or dealt with He had time for me, although he had a crying baby he was dealing with and by this point I was crying too.
The questions he asked were nothing like anyone had asked me before. He inquired about inside and outside my apartment, animals in and around the house, raccoons, birds, cats, etc. which were things no one had bothered to inquire about before. I knew I was dealing with someone who could genuinely get to the root of the problem. His thinking was “outside of the box”, this was a major problem and we felt confident he was going to get to the root of the problem and solve it.
The next day he sent a technician with over 20 years experience. He inspected our apartment, spent 1.5 hours before beginning any treatment or spraying. Within 10 days the fleas were gone and there has been no reoccurance.
