Professional, very knowledgeable, but mostly kind and pleasant to deal with. Had a few cassette tapes to be transferred to a CD. They invited me into the recording room and let me sit and listen to all my tapes for almost two hours. Then the owner edited the music and transferred it right away onto a CD. Also, they charge a very reasonable price. Thank you! You did an amazing job on the CD! ***** Highly recommend this business!

Had a problem with my treadmill. Called for an appointment. Booked in for a service call within a few days. He showed up on time, narrowed the issue down to two things, figured out which one it was, fixed it, charged me a reasonable price and was gone in a little over an hour. A Saturday afternoon, with frigid below 0C temps and high winds buffeting us when I see a leak in the exposed sewage line. Called Drain Pro, who sent us a plumber as soon as he could get here. Alex rooted out the line (massive root and frozen blockage!) within an hour and got all running smoothly. Whew!
And to top it all off, Alex was extremely friendly and tireless. Especially considering the far from comfortable conditions. Left us feeling safe and relieved! Drain Pro definitely will continue
