Wow is all I can say when it comes to activelife rehab and it's amazing staff!! I was always sceptical of this sort of thing, but I must not anymore. I awoke one morning and could barely walk. But 3 physio appointments later and I was a brand new person. And then just when u thought I couldn't feel any better they started me on massage therapy and let tell you there is nothing greatert then to be able to stand up straight and tall with no pain!! I found Flow Clinic through the Groupon years ago and after that I keep coming back over and over again. Tad healed my tennis elbow. After almost a year having the pain and visiting different specialists I was exhausted. Thanks god I didn't take my doctor's advice and did not take the pain killers.

The RMT who worked on me,at Healing Winds was Tasha. I haven't been able to play soccer for almost 2 months due to my back and thigh pain. I've tried a Chiropractor and had some physiotherapy but the problem would still persist. After my massage with Tasha Moutsos, my back felt better and the pain was gone. She said that the cause was from a hip flexor muscle called the psoas. I followed up with another massage 3 days later and now I feel great and I'm back playing soccer again!
