The RMT who worked on me,at Healing Winds was Tasha. I haven't been able to play soccer for almost 2 months due to my back and thigh pain. I've tried a Chiropractor and had some physiotherapy but the problem would still persist. After my massage with Tasha Moutsos, my back felt better and the pain was gone. She said that the cause was from a hip flexor muscle called the psoas. I followed up with another massage 3 days later and now I feel great and I'm back playing soccer again!

Wow is all I can say when it comes to activelife rehab and it's amazing staff!! I was always sceptical of this sort of thing, but I must not anymore. I awoke one morning and could barely walk. But 3 physio appointments later and I was a brand new person. And then just when u thought I couldn't feel any better they started me on massage therapy and let tell you there is nothing greatert then to be able to stand up straight and tall with no pain!! Almost feels like I grew a few inches. A big thank you to all of you!!

Very relaxed enviroment. Jennifer combines her knowledge and experience treating injuries with a variety of relaxing extras...Hot towels, heated blanket on the table, great music, etc. I would highly recomend her to anyone. She is also a Reader's Choice award winner 2 years running.
