Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. To provide safe, temporary emergency shelter for youth ages 12-17. If you are between 12 and 17 looking for a safe place to go you may access the shelter in one of two ways:Self-referral: intake occurs daily from 6-9pm. You are not required to call first however if you are able to we appreciate it!Agency referral: referred intakes are accepted 24 hours/day. The agency may include CFSA, RCMP, John Howard Society, Alberta Health Services or any other social agency you are working with.
Odyssey House is a supportive housing project, emergency centre and distress centre in the Grande Prairie area. Safe, warm and comforting, our home offers you protection. Our guests come from all walks of life, from victims of abusive relationships to families of terminally ill children, youth in need of sound counselling and everyone in between.
