Was in a bad car accident and was left with hearing loss and bad ringing in the ears from the air bag. John said some got relief with hearing aids. Insr. was slow at approving and I was on a trial but John really worked with me and extended it as he knows it was helping me. He is a very caring man and really wishes to help people. I would give a five to Joshua and a two to the dismissive uncaring female manager. Did not attempt to fit the glasses and refused to give me the parts left over from replacing the arm on my extra pair that I brought in. Said make sure you can read this chart and walked away. Only get Joshua for your appointments.
