I have been going here for over 5 years and I love the lady at the front desk she is very accommodating and helpful. I found the optometrist to be thorough but also quick as mentioned in other comments. However, I commented on this and he said he knows people don’t have all day so he is efficient with the eye exam. Places that take an hour don’t mean it’s BETTER just BUSIER. I liked the quick service was in and out in an hour with glasses picked out.

I have been going to Specs Appeal since they opened in their original location on King Street in Kitchener.
The staff have always been extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
The product range is extensive and i have always been able to find exactly what i needed over the years. Never found a reason to shop elsewhere.

The past three times I've bought glasses (every two years), I've gone to Specs Appeal. I've even found glasses at other eye stores, brought the code to Specs Appeal, and they've been more than willing to do a special order for me. I've chosen to buy from Specs Appeal, as 1) they have GREAT pricing, 2) really friendly and helpful staff, 3) can use more than one prescription in their deal of 3 glasses for $200 (helping out the whole family). Brand names, great prices.
