The Amazing Rainforest Science & Arts Children's Centre opened its doors on July 2007 to the public and began running programs during the summer. It also hosted birthday parties and it held its first Rainforest Camp during the summer. Over time the Amazing Rainforest Children's Centre has provided science and arts programs to various schools in our community and neighbouring school boards. It has hosted hundreds of parties for children and has provided tutoring and homework help to students needing teacher assistance in English and French. The Amazing Rainforest Science & Arts Children's Centre is proud of its collaborative work with other community charities and groups to raise funds and awareness.
All of our coaches are trained to the Coaching Association of Canada standards. The different levels that a coach obtains determines which skills the coach can teach. We offer one Hour and one and a Half hour classes, for 10 week sessions.
