Over the years I have had to exchange Black and Decker machines that broke down just before or even slightly after their warranty. I have never had any problem trading in the old for new with no charge. Even when at item could be repaired, instead a new item was given. This kind of back up for warranties is great. I have always been met with friendliness and high efficiency. Black and Decker remains a name brand I consider good and will continue to buy.

An appointment is suggested if you want to have one on one service and assistance in finding the items that you are after.
