The City is selling three properties for property tax arrears. The sale will be conducted by way of sealed tenders and accepted in the Purchasing Department up until 3:00 p.m. on November 12th, 2014. Bidders are encouraged to consult the Municipal Act, 2001, and relevant regulations, as well as a lawyer concerning the strict rules dealing with tax sales.
