The sauce on the curry shrimp was delicious, not too spicy and very creamy (watch out, not very heart-smart). The caesar salad was homemade, and again, the dressing was just right. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through the area.
On a side note, the name Pasta Jax is somewhat deceiving, I was half expecting a pub-type restaurant and was pleasantly surprised.

Addicted to the food! Excellent service. Atmosphere is spot on. Really a memorable experience dining here and suggest nobody misses out on trying this restaurant. You will return many more times. The fiance and myself have fell in love with the menu and flavours out of this world. Enjoy!

I am Ross Patterson, and I am the 'The Noodle Guy.' I have been in the food and hospitality industry for most of my adult life, working in kitchens and dining rooms in Ontario and Nova Scotia and teaching food and beverage courses to audiences of all levels. I am passionate about making good food and about making people happy with food. I've been making pasta for family and friends for fun for years, and decided to 'turn pro' in the spring of 2010 with a stand at the Wolfville Farmers' Market. The shop in Port Williams opened in the spring of 2011. The response and support from our customers has been overwhelming! Hardly a day goes by without a customer telling us that it's the best pasta they've ever had.
