Even after 20 years at this location, the owner Italo is there every evening to make certain that everything is right! This is the best Northern Italian cuisine east of Montreal, IMHO. The larger centre of Halifax, NS has a more pompous and pricey place, but Sirenella consistently delivers fresh and delicious meals in an atmosphere which is conducive to romance later in the evening, but is family-friendly earlier on. Italo's wife Lise makes the delicious deserts as well. Zagat ranked Sirenella #1 for service (thanks, Shawn, Hiro, Christian, & Corin) and #2 for food, so you can see why I come back every vacation, and why I think that it is PEI's best overall bet. My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at The Bicycle Thief last night. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our meal after the order was taken. Totally unable to have any conversation during our wait (noisy).
I had ravioli that consisted of 8 pieces of ravioli in a sauce for $21.00 so I left feeling hungry. The waitress did the best she could but I will never go back or take anyone with us.

A friend and myself went to the brunch yesterday March 10, 2019 I have Celiac Disease and told them this at reservation . They took great care making sure I had everything on the buffet if I chose like eggs Benny or the pasta on buffet made with gf pasta which I took and was hot and delicious ....they never disappoint desserts were gf also what a treat....

Vivaldi's offer great lunch time specials and evening specials during weekdays.
I really love their homemade pureed soups. There is a good wine list, and they do the thing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and hot bread. The menu is varied, and the food is fresh and always tasty. Their staff is always pleasant.
In my opinion, Vivaldi's could get a perfect rating from me is they: a) made certain the soup always came out hot, b) anticipate that folks go there for lunch and have to be served and out in an hour, and c) tidy up and make the necessary repairs to the washroom.

Best food in debert, their donairs are to die for and their pizza is Soooo good also, I had a large ceaser salad there once, and it was the best salad Ive tasted in a while, great people and lovley little resteraunt definitly reccommend anyone driving to debert or through debert to stop in and try it, u wont regret it!!!!
