This out of town senior with a two year old Maytag washer with a useless five year warranty from Sears made countless calls for service. Thanks to a recommendation for Karl’s found him to be a technician that exceeded all expectations of what an appliance technician should be. Karl was professional, efficient and knowledgeable, many calls also had me find his diagnostic/out of town mileage not only incredibly fair was one not offered by any of the companies I called.
