Serena is a Toronto-based certified permanent make-up artist who specializes in semi-permanent eyebrows, semi-permanent eyeliner, semi-permanent lips, lash enhancements, hair-line restoration/hair follicle simulation, and Japanese style gel nails. Serena has been trained and certified in both Canada and Asia. Serena has a bachelor's degree in design and for as long as she can remember she always had a drawing tool in her hand. Born with natural talent, Serena possesses the ability of bringing artwork to life. She holds a rare balance of technical experience with a comprehensive understanding of creation. Believing in giving her clients the best quality of work, she not only stocks up on high-grade tools and materials in North America, but also travels to Japan.
