In addition to conventional wood-frame construction, recent projects have involved ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) construction (new single family house project and a Victorian row house addition) and timber frame (Victorian farm house addition). The practice has also made numerous successful building permit applications, minor variance applications, and provided legitimization of secondary dwelling unit, change of use conversion of house to daycare facility, and change of use application to group home.
