I lost the stone out of my engagement ring, maybe two weeks after they inspected the claws; not only did they send it in for assessment, but they COVERED the entire cost for the replacement diamond without requiring we pay a cent/go through insurance.

I recently got engaged in Japan. My fiancé surprised me with a custom made engagement ring that we have been designing together with the people at the Jeweller's Bench. The goldsmith did an amazing job and I am still in awe over the ring. It was exactly what I wanted and more!
